Northmarq has closed the sale of Meadowbrook Apartments, a 627-unit multifamily community at 2601 Dover Square in Lawrence, Kansas, according to REJournals. The Kansas City-based investment sales team of Casey Wilhm, Jeff Lamott, and David Belpedio represented the sellers, Meadowbrook Investors LC and M-10 Holdings LC. The buyers, The Meadow KS LLC and The Lawn KS LLC, also acquired an adjacent 4.3-acre development tract as part of the transaction.
