Zoox Takes 353,653 SF at PGIM's Hayward LogistiCenter, Clustering Three Sites on Clawiter Road

Amazon-owned Zoox has signed a lease for both buildings at PGIM Real Estate's LogistiCenter at Highway 92 in Hayward, California, according to The Registry. The commitment covers 353,653 square feet and more than doubles Zoox's industrial footprint in the city.
The new space joins two existing Zoox facilities on Clawiter Road, giving the robotaxi maker three locations clustered in the same corridor. The Registry describes the three sites as sitting within a short drive of one another.
The Registry's report does not include lease terms, rent figures, a start date, or detail on what each building will be used for, so the financial scale and operational purpose of the deal are not yet public. What the reporting establishes is the physical commitment: a full-building lease of this size in the East Bay industrial market is a significant block of space absorbed by a single tenant.
